Ch Mechanism Toolkit 3.0 released
DAVIS, Calif., December 21, 2015 -
SoftIntegration, Inc., the leader of
scripting technology for ubiquitous computing, today announced
the release of Ch Mechanism Toolkit 3.0.
Ch Mechanism Toolkit is for mechanism design and analysis.
It contains many mechanism classes and objects for
design and analysis of commonly used mechanisms such as
fourbar linkage, five-bar linkage, six-bar linkage,
crank-slider mechanism, and cam-follower system.
In this new release,
Ch Mechanism Toolkit is now free for academic use.
The source code for all mechanism classes and objects in the toolkit
including fourbar linkage and cam-follower system are available.
Based on these source code and examples,
the user can develop
solutions for design and analysis of many other mechanisms.
This release also includes
the Web service for mechanism design and analysis, which can
be installed in a local Web server.
Ch Mechanism Toolkit is based on C/C++ interpreter Ch.
With Ch user-friendly high-level numerical and graphical plotting extensions,
as well as easy to use QuickAnimation for animation of mechanisms,
Ch Mechanism Toolkit can be conveniently used for
Web-based mechanism design and analysis of many different mechanisms.

Contain classes for design and analysis of
four-bar, crank-slider, five-bar, six-bar linkages including
fourbar/crank-slider, Watt six-bar, Stephenson six-bar,

analysis and design of other mechanisms.

analysis for joint angles and coupler points.

and Ch Mechanism Toolkit,

four-bar, five-bar, six-bar linkages including

can be performed
through the Web
using a Web browser
over the internet without
any programming.
The user can develop other web-based applications easily
using this mechanism toolkit.

Provide many plotting functions to allow output
visually displayed or exported as external files with a
variety of different file formats including postscript
file, PNG, LaTeX, etc. They can also readily be copied
and pasted in other applications such as Word in Windows.
